  • Cross The Tracks 2025 will take place on Sunday 25th May 2025

    Doors will open at 12:00pm

    Last entry is 8:00pm

    Closing time: 10:30pm

    Stage times will be posted closer to the event and will be in the middle of the event site.

  • Cross The Tracks tickets are available through our website, Kaboodle, Resident Advisor, Ticketweb, See Tickets, DICE, and Skiddle. Our only official ticket resale partner is Tixel. For any other ticket enquiries please contact info@xthetracks.com

  • You can find all ticket Terms and Conditions here (and any information which refers you to the Terms and Conditions in these FAQs).

  • Fast track entry to the festival, luxury toilets (not portaloos), bespoke bar, bespoke food concessions, seating and a main stage viewing platform.

  • Your tickets will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the festival.


  • We accept passports, UK driver’s licenses or provisional licenses.

  • Set times for Cross The Tracks will be available nearer the time of the event. Please check our social networks for updates.

  • This is an all ages event - please refer to the Terms and Conditions for additional information.

    To access the VIP area, children aged between 3-17 years old require a VIP bolt-on in addition to their ticket. Children aged 2 years and under can access the VIP area without a bolt-on. Bolt-ons can be purchased HERE.


  • Upon arrival at the festival all customers will be subject to a search.

    Various items are prohibited at Cross The Tracks to keep the event safe and to allow us to comply with the licensing objectives - please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

    The following items are prohibited at the event, we reserve the right to prohibit any other item if in the reasonable opinion of the organisers it could constitute a risk to safety or security.

    • Flags/Banners On Poles – We respect the peaceful expression of views in a way which does not compromise the safe and inclusive space we strive to create for everyone attending. Flags and banners on poles are not allowed within the festival as they restrict the view of audience members and can cause accidental injury.

    • Balaclavas, Face Coverings or Masks - The wearing of balaclavas, face coverings, or masks is strictly prohibited on site, except for religious reasons or medically certified health exemptions. Anyone wearing these items outside of these reasons will have them confiscated without exception.

    • Permanent Markers & Pens - any permanent marker, paint, ink or sharpie pen will be confiscated. 

    • Food and Drink – you may not bring any food or drink (including alcohol) to the event with the exception of a single sealed bottle of water up to 500ml in size. Water points are available on site. Empty re-useable water bottles are permitted.

    • Liquids – you may not bring any liquids into the event other than sealed bottles of water up to 500ml in size or tubes of suncream up to 50ml.

    • Drugs / Controlled Substances – a drugs search is in operation at the event entrances, if any drugs are found in your posession you will be ejected and passed to the police. This includes new psychoactive substances “legal highs” and Nitrous Oxide.

    • Trolleys – trolleys are prohibited from entering the site, however push chairs are allowed. If you have a wheelchair please see the access requirement section below to access the viewing platform.

    • Animals – Animals and pets are not permitted to enter the event. If you require an assistance dog for accessibility reasons, please visit our access page here for more information.

    • Filming equipment – unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is prohibited.

    • Large bags – any bags larger than A4 size are prohibited and there are no cloakroom facilities at the event. You can leave your bags at one of Stasher’s hundreds of left luggage locations (within walking distance of festival), for more details visit www.stasher.com. Discretion will be taken by security on the gates for groups with young children (nappy / changing bags).

    • Glitter – the event organisers are committed to minimising the impact of the event on the park environment, containers of glitter will be confiscated on arrival.

    • Dangerous items – the following are considered dangerous and are not permitted, our security team reserve the right to prohibit:

    ·       Drones

    ·       Glass in any form (including perfume bottles)

    ·       Cans or metal containers

    ·       Spray cans, Gas canisters or compressed gas in any container

    ·       Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, Chinese lanterns

    ·       Camping stoves or cooking apparatus, explosives

    ·       Hand held communication devices such as radios, radio jammers / scanners

    ·       Firearms, knives or blades, replica weapons of any sort

    ·       Large golf umbrellas

    ·       Balloons

    ·       Stools / camping sticks / chairs or other furniture - there is seating available around the site if you need to rest your legs

    ·       Gazebos or parasols

    ·       Sports equipment

    ·       Flags and banners on poles

    ·       Megaphones, amplification equipment

    ·       Klaxons, airhorns or other similar items capable of making loud noise

    ·       Laser pens

    ·       Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, trolleys

    ·       Any other item which security may deem hazardous

  • The organisers are working closely with the Met Police to make Cross The Tracks a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our aim is for a crime and drugs-free event: you should expect to be searched as you enter the site.

    If found with drugs you will be ejected and may be passed to the police.


    New laws around so-called ‘legal-highs’ are now in force and if you are found with Nitrous Oxide or other psychoactive substances you can expect to be passed to the police, as well as being refused access to the event. See www.talktofrank.com and our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • At the end of the event, think of our neighbours around the park and leave quietly.


    There are two exits out of the event, one to Brixton Station and one for Herne Hill Station.


    All park gates will be secured with the exception of Brixton Water Lane gate and Herne Hill gates.


    Please follow signage and instructions of security who are there to help you.

  • 1.Box Office


    If you are collecting tickets or have any ticketing queries please visit our on-site box office which will be open from 11:00 - 21:00 on Sunday 26th May 2024.


    2. Food and Drink


    There are a variety of food traders at the festival with a wide variety of bars.


    3. Toilets


    Toilets are located throughout the site and clearly signed.


    4. Welfare and First Aid


    There is a Welfare and First Aid provision on site, services are open during event hours and all visits are logged and recorded.


    5. Nappy Changing


    Our Welfare Area will be able to assist with any areas required for nappy changing and breast feeding. Please visit our Welfare area and ask staff for assistance.


    6. Free Drinking Water


    There are free drinking water points available throughout the event. We encourage you to bring your own re-useable water bottle to refill at these points.


    7. Seating and Shade


    This is a full standing show, however we do offer some seating around food concession areas within the site so you can enjoy your meal. We recommend customers prepare for all weathers.


    8. Recycling


    In an effort to reduce the use of plastic on site the event will be selling zero single use plastic at Cross The Tracks this year. 


    Drinks will be served in recyclable aluminium packaging, or in compostable cups. Please help us to recycle more by choosing the right bin for your food and drink packaging at Cross The Tracks.


    9. ATMs


    There will be no ATMs available on site. Cross The Tracks is a cashless event, and no bars or food vendors will accept cash.


  • No, there’s no re-entry.

  • Lost Property is managed by the TLC Welfare team at the Welfare Tent, located near Stage 4 and First Aid.

    If you have lost or found an item, please head to the Welfare Tent and speak with the TLC team in purple high vis.

    We also have a Lost Property Form that you can fill out during or after the event to log any missing items. The form will be linked here - https://notlostenquiry.com/tlc-welfare/

    During the event:

    • Visit the Welfare Tent to check if your item has been handed in.

    • Fill out the Lost Property Form to log your missing item.

    After the event:

    • If your item was handed in, our Welfare team will match it with your form entry and arrange to post it back to you.

    • Please do not return to the festival site after the event to collect lost items — all returns will be handled by post.

  • No pets are allowed on site. Assistance dogs will be permitted.

  • There are no lockers on site, please try to avoid bringing large bags (anything over A4 size) or any other item which may need storing whenever possible. You can leave your bags at one of Stasher’s hundreds of left luggage locations (within walking distance of festival), for more details visit www.stasher.com


  • Not once you’ve reached the search teams, after then you cannot take food and drink onto the site – apart from one sealed plastic bottle of water up to 500ml. Local food and drink vendors will be available on site.

  • The festival site is located in Brockwell Park.

    The address is – Brockwell Park, Norwood Road, London, SE24 9JU.


    We actively deter visitors from driving to the event, there is no available parking in or around the areas. Lambeth and Southwark parking enforcement will be working all weekend, and vehicles which are parked illegally will receive enforcement action or be towed. There are multiple road closures in place to help facilitate the event, so normally free parking bays will not be available.


    We advise all visitors to choose greener travel options, such as public transport and arriving by bike or foot. We have a bike park outside the festival site for anyone wishing to cycle to the event. It is located at the Herne Hill entrance. There are also cycle racks available in the local area. Please respect the park and do not attach your bike to the park railings or gates.


    Brockwell Park is well served by numerous bus routes and two major public transport hubs, both with step free access.


    ●      Herne Hill overground station – 0.3 miles


    Herne Hill is the closest station to the event site, situated to the north-east of Brockwell Park. The station is approximately 500 metres away from both the Brixton and Herne Hill entrances of the festival site and involves crossing two roads to access the park. Staff help is available at this station with ramps for train access and step free access coverage.

    ●      Brixton Underground Station and Brixton Rail Station – 1 mile


     Brockwell Park is approximately 1 mile away from Brixton Underground Station. Visitors can travel by train from the nearby Brixton Rail Station to Herne Hill, which is a 2 minute train journey. The distance between Brixton Underground Station and Brixton Rail Station is approximately 130 metres by roadside pavement and involves crossing a road once.


    There are also several bus routes from the underground station to outside of the park.


    There is step-free access at Brixton Underground station.

    ●      Buses


    The following routes all serve the area: 2, 3, 37, 68, 196, 322, 432, 468, 690 and all have accessible access.


    The closest bus stops located outside of the show site are on Dulwich Road and Norwood Road. Both bus stops are located approximately 130 metres (2 minute walk) away from the Herne Hill entrance to the park.


    Lost Property

    Lost Property is handled at the Welfare Tent, located near to Stage 4. 


    Please head there and speak to our Lost Property Manager if you have lost or found an item. In addition to this, please fill in the form on https://notlostenquiry.com/tlc-welfare. We will help as best we can!
